Yin is a slower paced yoga practice that typically involves supported seated/supine poses using blocks, blankets, and a bolster. This class focuses on passive stretching and targeting deep connective tissue.

Integrated Vinyasa is a fluid and accessible yoga practice that emphasizes the subtle inner work at the heart of all yoga. Classes integrate the opposites of physical alignment and flow, anatomy and energetics, science and philosophy, engagement and relaxation, tradition and evolution.
Flow 1: Ideal for those who are newer to yoga or building consistency in their practice.
Flow 2: Crafted to support experienced practitioners seeking more depth and challenge.
